More significantly, we serve as the Philippines' marketing and sales representative of top global brands. Our portfolio of international suppliers hail from the United States, Finland, Korea, Taiwan, Japan and Singapore, to name a few.
We are noted for our complete marketing support as a value-added distributor. We initiate marketing activities to immediately create consumer and corporate client awareness of the products we distribute and the manufacturers we represent.
We attack all aspects of the market from the reseller promo campaigns to end-user marketing activities. Examples are: mall tours, product launchings, seminars, print advertising, promos and store displays.
We do not merely push boxes and leave customers in the dark. We have over 40 people in our customer care department that handles small concerns such as installation of hardware to large ones such as troubleshooting entire systems.
In 2003, we established Servimax Technologies, Inc. with the purpose of bringing our technical expertise to the end-user level.
We have over 1,000 dealers, value-added resellers, system integrators, sales channels and after-sales service channels reachable through our main office in Metro Manila and our provincial branch in Cebu City. These channel partners reinforce our ability to grow year by year.
