Corsair Products Warranty Policy

We would like to inform our valued clients of the warranty policies associated with Corsair memory modules distributed by Axis Global Technologies, Inc.

All Corsair memory modules will carry a limited lifetime warranty wherein all defective items will be provided replacements after undergoing a comprehensive technical examination and evaluation.

Corsair maintains an online RMA facility wherein end-users can endorse claims for replacement duly stated in their terms and conditions found on this website: http://www.corsair.com/corsair/warranty.html

To further our aim in providing absolute customer service for our valued clients, we can provide assistance in processing your RMA claims. We will be accepting RMA transactions only if the following criteria have been fulfilled:

The client must provide identifying serial numbers, and the item with an intact AGT warranty sticker and supplier's part number.


Warranty claims under Axis Global Technologies, Inc. shall be declared null and void if:

  1. Modules that are missing the label containing Corsair's part number, serial number and AGT sticker
  2. Modules that Corsair determines were not manufactured by Corsair, i.e., counterfeit Corsair modules
  3. Modules that are purchased from other dealers or suppliers
  4. Any unauthorized repair, modification or tampering has been made to the unit
  5. Product has been inadequately protected and found damaged by electrical fluctuations or power surges
  6. Product has been damaged by dust, corrosion, moisture or dirt
  7. Unit is damaged in transit, through misuse or improper handling after the purchase
