This is a characteristic of this type of display. Some displays may contain pixels or dots that remain on or off. This is normal, not a fault.
An LCD can be classified as defective when two or more colored dots, such as green, red, blue and black, are visible in one quadrant. This is when you put your hand on the camera lens or on any black or white surface, these colored dots will be seen.
