Inno3D Graphics Cards given the User's Choice Award by PC World

Inno3D graphics cards and the iRiver iFP-780 audio player brought home the awards for User’s Choice Award and Best IT Product respectively from the 2nd PC World Annual Awards (PPCWAA2) last March 30, 2005 at the Grand Ballroom of Dusit Hotel, Makati City, Philippines.

Due to last year’s success, PC World Philippines together with Media G8way Corporation (MGC) have once again conducted a year-long assessment in pursuit to recognize companies who continuously provide consumers with innovative and dependable products.

There were two awards given for each product category, the Editor’s Choice and the User’s Choice Awards. This year’s Editors Choice awards had a total of 264 IT products that were placed under rigid assessments, 30 more IT products compared to last year’s 234. Out of the 264 IT products, 58 finalists were chosen to vie for the top prize in the 14 categories. Among the 14 categories, 4 categories are fresh and new this year.

Aside from the Editor’s Choice, the 58 finalists also competed for the User’s Choice Award whose winners were chosen by readers of PC World Philippines through polls and SMS from September 2004 to March 2005.
