Prizes:
- Five (5) Creative Zen Micro Photo MP3 players

- Ten (10) PhP 5,000 Gift Certificates from FIX Salon
- Ten (10) PhP 3,000 Gift Certificates from Bench (male winners) or Kashieca (female winners)

Mechanics:

A single receipt purchase of services and/or products worth at least PhP 250.00 from any FIX salon branch nationwide entitles a customer to one (1) raffle coupon for a chance to win a prize indicated above.

If the customer purchases a hair color service (except for extra application and/or streak/foil treatment), the customer is given three (3) raffle coupons instead.

Credit card and gift certificate purchases are valid as long as they meet the minimum purchase requirement. A maximum of one (1) raffle coupon per receipt, except for hair color service, which receives a maximum of three (3) raffle coupons per receipt.

Raffle coupons can be claimed upon payment. Drop boxes are located within store premises. Participating customer must write his/her name, address, phone number and affix his/her signature on the raffle coupon.

Deadline for the submission of coupons is on July 31, 2006 at salon closing hours. The raffle draw will be on August 11, 2006 at 8PM at Suyen, Corporation, 2214 Tolentino St., Pasay City in the presence of a DTI representative and FIX officers.

A participant can only win once. If a name is drawn more than once during the raffle, he/she will be awarded the prize of higher value. Prizes are transferable, but are not convertible to cash.

Winners will be notified through registered mail and phone. A list of winners will be posted at all FIX branches. Suyen Corporation will shoulder the tax for prices exceeding Php 10,000.00.

Prizes may be claimed at Suyen Corporation, 2214 Tolentino St., Pasay City during office hours (8:30AM to 7:00PM) from Monday to Friday upon representation of a valid ID, the registered mail of notification and the winning raffle stub for Metro Manila winners. Provincial winners can claim their prizes at the nearest FIX salon branch.

Winners can claim their prizes through an authorized representative with the following requirements: an authorization letter from the raffle prize winner; a valid ID of the raffle prize winner; a valid ID of the authorized representative (any ID with photo and signature); the registered mail of notification; and the winning raffle stub.

FIX, Bench and Kaschieca gift certificates are valid for one (1) year upon date of claiming. Prizes not claimed within 60 days from notification will be forfeited in favor of Suyen Corporation with prior approval from DTI.

Employees of Suyen Corporation and participating outlets including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
